We recommend washing on low heat and letting the band tumble dry on a low setting or leaving to air dry.

It will! The more you wear it and the more you wash it, the softer it'll get over time.

Put it through a washer / dryer cycle.

This should return the band to its original condition.

Give it a good pull and hold it stretched out for 5-10 seconds.

The elastic will also begin to mold to your wrist size over time. It may be need a little patience.

Sometimes a strap will get damaged, or come unthreaded.

That's why every purchase includes our LIFETIME WARRANTY - £5 Replacement. 

This means for just £5 we will replace your band with a brand new one!

The replacement will be the exact same band as the original purchase unless we are sold out. If sold out, you may choose any band of equal or lesser value as your replacement.

We can only issue a £5 Replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item. We're unable to replace lost or stolen items.

To claim your £5 Replacement, send us an email to hello@havanaloops.com with your Order Number (#HL-12345), Picture of Band, and a note stating you would like the £5 Replacement!
